Vinyasa flow: Uplifting and energizing class with emphasis on core strength, stability and alignment. Each week we will progress through our practice and learn new yoga poses and breathing techniques.
Yoga nidra(end relaxation): A Sanskrit term meaning "yogic sleep" is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. Research studies have shown that half an hour of yoga nidra equates to 2 hours of sleep.
